Salary
- Professor: Rs 1,92,500/- per month.
- Associate Professor: Rs 1,37,500/- per month.
Age Limit
- Professor: Age should not be more than 55 (fifty-five) years.
- Associate Professor: Age should not be more than 50 (fifty) years.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST, SC, PH/PwD, and Govt. in-service candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for DME Tripura
1. Qualification: Candidates must possess a BDS Degree or an equivalent qualification with a Post Graduate qualification/Diplomate of National Board in the concerned subject.
2. Experience:
- Professor: 05 (five) years of teaching experience as a Reader or Associate Professor from a recognized dental college.
- Associate Professor: 04 (four) years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor/Lecturer from a recognized Dental College.
Selection Process
- Selection will be conducted via a Walk-in-Interview.
- The final selection process is based on a total of 100 marks: 50% from the Academic Performance Index (API) calculated by the department, and 50% from the Interview/personality test.
