Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Degree in Law (LLB) required.
Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Company Affairs/Legal Affairs.
At least 1 year experience as Head of Company Affairs in a reputed organization.
Experience in secretarial compliance and corporate legal matters.
Strong communication & negotiation skills required.
Experience requirement may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Maximum 62 years on or before the date of application.
Age relaxation may be considered in exceptional cases.
Pay Scale: ₹15,600 – ₹39,100 (PB-4)
Grade Pay: ₹7,600
For In-service Candidates
Pay fixed at Level-19 as per TSCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2018.
Based on Pay Band ₹15,600 – ₹39,100 + Grade Pay ₹7,600.
Other admissible allowances applicable as per Government rules.
For Retired Candidates
Consolidated pay: ₹80,000 per month.
Pay not linked with pension from previous service.
Subject to revision by Government from time to time.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test and/or Interview.
Final selection will be based on performance in the selection process.
