NOTIFICATION
Admission in Degree Courses in Engineering/Technology and Architecture
in the Institutions outside Tripura against the seats reserved for the
candidates of Tripura.
It is for the
information to all the aspiring candidates that the Spot Round of allotment of
the seats offered for the candidates of Tripura by MHRD, Govt. of India in
Degree courses in Engineering/Technology and Architecture in different
Technical Institutions of the Country (outside Tripura) which remained vacant
after 2 (two) rounds of online allotment by CSAB NEUT-2019, will be held on 7th
August, 2019 from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm in the Conference Hall of Directorate of
Higher Education, 1st Floor, Shiksha Bhawan, Office Land,
Agartala-799001.
The information below may please be noted:
1. Candidates have to download the Spot Round
Registration Form available at the DHE website http://highereducation.tripura.gov.in
and after filling up, scan & submit the filled-in form through e-mail to spotround.tr@gmail.com.
2. The allotment and admission against these
supernumerary seats will be based on the All India Rank of JEE (Main) 2019
subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 45%
marks (40% marks for SC/ST) in the 12th class Board conduced
examination.
3. Allotment of seats will be done strictly on the basis
of merit and availability.
4. Candidates are to produce all the original documents
related to qualifying examination, age proof, caste proof etc. including PRTC
at the time allotment of seats.
5. The exact vacancy position will be declared at the time
of counseling.
6. The general information regarding the
Institutions/Branch etc. may be collected from the concerned
Institute/csab.nic.in.

8. Candidates who have a confirmed seat allotted from
CSAB NEUT-2019 and have not with-drawn their seat, cannot participate in the
spot round.
9. All the reserved seats will be de-reserved in the
Spot Round of Allotment subject to non-available of candidate of the category
concerned and vacant seats will be allotted irrespective of the category.
10. All candidates who register for the Spot Round and
allotted a seat will be required to pay a non-refundable allotment fee of
Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only.)
