Other Details of HPCL Recruitment
1. Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted (No Fee).
- UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: ₹1,180/- (₹1,000 Application Fee + ₹180 GST) + Gateway Charges.
- Payment Mode: Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking (Online Only).
2. Shortlisting & Selection Process
a. Selection may include CBT/Written Test/Skill Test/Group Task/Interview/PET (as applicable).
b. Computer Based Test (CBT) will have:
- General Aptitude (English, Quant, Reasoning, DI)
- Technical/Professional Knowledge
c. Tentative CBT Date: 3rd May 2026 (subject to change).
d. No re-evaluation of exam papers.
e. Candidates can check marks & cut-off after exam through login.
f. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification & Interview.
g. Minimum qualifying marks required at each stage.
h. Final merit list will be prepared category-wise & discipline-wise.
i. Selected candidates must join as per offer letter, otherwise offer may be cancelled.
