Executive Cadre – Eligibility & Salary
- Qualification: Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in the relevant engineering discipline.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or Marketing with minimum 60% marks is applicable for relevant positions.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience, depending on the post.
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–₹1,60,000.
- Approx. CTC: ₹14.60 LPA to ₹18.40 LPA, depending on the position.
Fixed Term Contract (FTC) – Medical Posts
- Qualification: MBBS degree with Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Health of at least 3 months duration approved by DG FASLI/State Government.
- Experience: 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in a Medical Institute or Industrial Establishment.
- Approx. CTC: ₹12.60 LPA to ₹19.00 LPA.
- Appointment will be made on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
Non-Executive Cadre – Eligibility & Salary
- Post: Jr. Engineer Assistant-II Grade-2.
- Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, or 3-year B.Sc. with PCM.
- Minimum 50% marks are required as prescribed for the relevant post.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in plant operations or maintenance.
- Relevant experience should preferably be in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Refinery or Chemical plants.
- Pay Scale: ₹25,000–₹86,400.
- Approx. CTC: ₹8.40 LPA.
Selection Process
- Screening of applications based on qualification, academic marks and relevant experience.
- Executive & FTC Posts: Personal Interview/Group Discussion, as applicable.
- Non-Executive Posts: Written Test/Trade Test/Skill Test or another suitable assessment method.
- Document Verification.
- Medical Fitness Examination before joining.
