Eligibility Criteria for CWC Recruitment 2026
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification from a recognized university or institution by the closing date of the application. Candidates appearing in the final year or final semester are not eligible.
1. Assistant Manager (General)
- Qualification: Two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline.
- Experience: No experience required as per the notification.
2. Assistant Manager (Technical)
- Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology.
- Experience: No experience required as per the notification.
3. Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Qualification: Either a graduate degree in Commerce with three years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting, or graduation in any discipline with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
- Experience: Three years in Finance and Accounting is required for the Commerce graduate route. The CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate route is listed as an alternative.
4. Assistant Manager (Engineering – Civil)
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: No experience required as per the notification.
5. Assistant Manager (Engineering – Electrical)
- Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: No experience required as per the notification.
6. Assistant Manager (Engineering – Mechanical)

Age Limit
The minimum age for all advertised posts is 18 years. The upper age limit for Unreserved candidates is 28 years, calculated as of 15 November 2026.
For the general upper-age limit, candidates should have been born between 16 November 1998 and 15 November 2008, both dates inclusive.

Selection Process
The selection process includes an online examination and document verification. Assistant Manager posts also require an interview.
- Online Examination: Candidates must appear for the online test for their selected post.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must provide original certificates and the required supporting documents.
- Interview: Candidates shortlisted for Assistant Manager posts (Post Codes 01 to 06) will be called for an interview after the applicable stages.
- Final Merit: Final selection will be based on the applicable examination and interview marks, where required, and successful document verification.
For Junior Executive (General) and Junior Executive (Technical), selection is based on the online test and document verification. The examination schedule and call-letter details will be announced by CWC.
