Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Social Audit Expert (SAE) – 1 Post
- Postgraduate degree in a Social Science subject such as Economics, Geography, History, Law, Political Science, Psychology or Sociology.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development (MARD/MRMD) or Sociology (MSO).
- At least 5 years of working experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor.
- One-year computer skills certificate course from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. Working knowledge of Bengali and/or Kokborok is also required.
- Desirable: 10 years of working experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor.
2. District Resource Person (DRP) – 4 Posts
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or branch.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development (MARD/MRMD) or Sociology (MSO).
- At least 3 years of working experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor.
- One-year computer skills certificate course from a recognized institution.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are required. Working knowledge of Bengali and/or Kokborok is also required.
- Desirable: 10 years of working experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor.
3. Block Resource Person (BRP) – 40 Posts
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or branch.
- Preference will be given to candidates with graduation in Sociology or a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Development (PGDRD).
- At least 2 years of working experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor; OR 3 years of working experience in Financial Audit under recognized Chartered Accountant firms; OR at least 120 days of working experience as Village Resource Persons (VRPs) under Social Audit Unit, Tripura.
- One-year computer skills certificate course from a recognized institution.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are required. Working knowledge of Bengali and/or Kokborok is also required.
Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old as on the date of advertisement (29 October 2026).
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates will be provided according to applicable Government norms.
Remuneration
The notification provides different monthly remuneration during the probation period and after completion of probation.

The application processing fee is non-refundable. Payment can be made through Demand Draft, NEFT/RTGS or Internet Banking to the account specified in the official notification. The original payment slip or transaction receipt must be submitted with the application.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and fee for each post.
Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:
- Shortlisting based on academic marks and relevant experience.
- Offline written examination.
- Personality Test (Viva-Voce).
- Original document verification.
