Eligibility Criteria
- Guest Faculty (Information Technology): Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks in Computer Science/Information Technology. Minimum 4 years of experience in Training/ Teaching/Research in the IT field.
- Guest Faculty (Law & Legal Matters): Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks in Law & Legal Matters. Minimum 4 years of experience in Training/Teaching/Research in the relevant field.
- Guest Faculty (Rural Livelihood Development): Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks in Rural Studies/Rural Management/Rural Finance. Minimum 4 years of experience in Training/ Teaching/Research in Rural Studies/Management/Finance.
- Guest Faculty (Social Development): Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks in Social Defence/Sociology/Gender Studies/Social Work. Minimum 4 years of experience in Training/ Teaching/Research in the relevant field.
- Guest Faculty (Public Health Engineering): M.E./M.Tech in Public Health Engineering OR Environmental Engineering with at least 60% marks. Minimum 2 years of experience in Training /Teaching/Research in Civil Engineering/Public Health/Environmental Science.
Common Professional Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, ability to manage training courses, and fluency in English along with Bengali or Kokborok. Publications in National/International journals are desirable.

Remuneration & Key Roles
- Monthly Emolument: Consolidated pay of ₹1,00,000/- per month.
- Course Requirement: Conduct at least 4 training courses per month for approximately 30 trainees per course across various locations, covering a minimum of 12 training days every month.
- Duration: 6 months initially (extendable based on performance and institute requirements).
