Payment Mode: The fee must be paid only in the form of an original Demand Draft (DD) of ₹100/- drawn in favor of "Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI)" payable at New Delhi. The original Demand Draft must be attached with the hard copy application form.
Selection Process
- Initial Screening: Submitted application forms and attached documents will be thoroughly verified against prescribed qualifications and experience criteria.
- Written Examination: Shortlisted eligible candidates will appear for a written test assessing English language writing skills, core subject knowledge, and general awareness.
- Personal Interaction cum Interview: Candidates qualifying the written exam will be invited for the interview/personal interaction along with original documents for final merit listing.

- Fill in all required personal, educational and experience details.
- Affix a recent passport-size colour photograph.
- Attach a ₹100/- Demand Draft in favour of Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI).
- Attach self-attested copies of age proof, educational certificates and experience certificates.
- Send the complete application in a sealed envelope via Speed Post/Registered Post/Courier.
- Address: CEO, PMBI, B-500, Tower B, 5th Floor, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029.
- The physical application form along with enclosures must reach the PMBI office on or before 24 September 2026 (till 05:00 PM).
