Name of Post: Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation and Control Engineer, Senior Labour Specialist, Full-Time Resident Expert/Residential Expert and Commissioning Engineer.
No. of Posts: Variable (as per project requirements).
Qualification:
- Electrical Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. A Master's degree in the relevant field will be an advantage.
- Instrumentation and Control Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. A Master's degree in the relevant field will be an advantage.
- Senior Labour Specialist: Master's degree in Labour Law, Social Science or a related field.
- Full-Time Resident Expert/Residential Expert: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Commissioning Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. A Master's degree in the relevant field will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Electrical Engineer: At least 10 years of general experience in the power sector. Experience in developing gas-fired combined-cycle or thermal power plant projects with a capacity of 100 MW or more in a single unit will be an advantage.
- Instrumentation and Control Engineer: At least 10 years of general experience in the power sector. Experience in developing a gas-fired combined-cycle or thermal power plant project with a capacity of 100 MW or more is desirable.
- Senior Labour Specialist: At least 20 years of professional experience. Relevant experience in labour management, including 5–10 years in preparing labour management plans for large construction projects and supervising their implementation, is required. Knowledge of national labour laws, international good practices and ILO guidelines is essential.
- Full-Time Resident Expert/Residential Expert: At least 5 years of professional experience providing consultancy services related to project development, planning and management in the power sector. Experience in thermal power generation projects will be an advantage. Ability to communicate in the local Bengali language will also be an advantage.
- Commissioning Engineer: At least 10 years of experience in power-sector infrastructure projects. Experience in consultancy services for developing gas-fired combined-cycle or thermal power plant projects with a capacity of 100 MW or more is preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 67 years as on 01 October 2026.
Salary: Remuneration will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, professional experience and project requirements at the time of engagement.
Job Location: Rokhia, near Agartala, Tripura.
