Position Details & Eligibility
1. Director (Technical)
Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 25 years of experience in a Power Utility sector.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in senior roles such as Additional Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, AGM, GM, CGM, or Executive Director.
- Extensive exposure to Power Generation systems, O&M (Operation & Maintenance), and billing computerization is essential.
Remuneration: * In-service: Level-20 of Tripura State Pay Matrix (Pre-revised GP Rs. 8700).
Retired Persons: Consolidated monthly pay of ₹1,90,000/- (independent of previous pension).
2. Director (Finance)
Educational Qualification: CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of corporate experience.
- Expertise in budgeting, fund mobilization, taxation, tariff fixation, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Proven leadership in strategic resource planning and knowledge of the Indian Power Sector developments.
Remuneration:
- Retired Candidates: ₹1,90,000/- per month (Consolidated).
- Direct Recruitment: Level-20 Pay Matrix.
- Deputation: Pay fixed in the next higher scale of the parent organization or Level-20.
