TIFT Recruitment Details
1. Senior Program Manager (State Innovation Mission - Tripura)
- Post: 01 (One)
- Salary: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 65% marks; postgraduate degree desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ professional experience, including 3 years in startup incubation, innovation, entrepreneurship, or startup management.
- Age Limit: Below 40 years.
2. Senior Associate - Operations (State Innovation Mission - Tripura)
- Post: 01 (One)
- Salary: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 65% marks; postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in operations management, programme/project coordination, or administration. Experience in incubation, MIS, expenditure tracking, or grant documentation is desirable.
- Age Limit: Below 40 years.
3. Sector Expert - Technology & Entrepreneurship
- Post: 01 (One)
- Salary: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated inclusive of all)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in CS/IT/Electronics/Engineering, or MBA/PGDM in a relevant field, with at least 65% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology policy, innovation, startup ecosystem development, e-governance, technology transfer, or incubation programmes. Internship/training experience excluded.
- Age Limit: Below 45 years.
4. Sector Expert - Industry & Trade
- Post: 01 (One)
- Salary: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Industrial Policy, or MBA/PGDM in a relevant field, with at least 65% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial policy, MSME development, trade promotion, investment facilitation, ease of doing business, SEZs, or industrial park management. Internship/training experience excluded.
- Age Limit: Below 45 years.
5. Sector Expert - Economics & Finance
- Post: 01 (One)
- Salary: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated inclusive of all)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Public Policy, or MBA/PGDM specializing in Finance/Economics, with at least 65% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in economic policy, public finance, fiscal analysis, budget planning, economic modelling, investment analysis, or economic reforms. Internship/training experience excluded.
- Age Limit: Below 45 years.
