➧ Must be an Indian Citizen.
➧ Must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University.
➧ Must have practiced as an Advocate in Civil and Criminal Courts for at least 7 years as on the last date of application.
➧ For Judicial Officers
➧ In-service Judicial Officers who completed 7 years of Bar practice before joining service are eligible.
➧ Judicial Officers having a combined experience of 7 years as Judicial Officer and Advocate are also eligible.
➧ Revised Pay Level J-5 of New Pay Matrix Table-1.
➧ Other admissible allowances as per Government rules.
