Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC), Agartala has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 02 posts of Inspector of Factories (Group-A, Gazetted) in the Factories & Boilers Organisation under the Labour Department, Government of Tripura. Post Name: Inspector of Factories

No. of posts: 02 (SC: 01 & ST: 01)

Essential: 

(i) Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. 

(ii) Minimum 6 years’ experience in production, maintenance, or safety departments of a reputed factory, or 5 years’ experience in factory inspection under any State/Central Government.

(iii) A Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) is required when applying for jobs through direct recruitment under the State Government.

Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.

Age limit: Up to 40 years as on 21.11.2025. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and Government servants (no double relaxation for SC/ST Govt. employees).

# Application dates: 28.10.2025 to 21.11.2025 (till 5:30 PM).

# New users must register through OTPR to obtain a User ID.

# The application fee is ₹400 for General candidates and ₹350 for ST/SC/BPL candidates. The fee is non-refundable.

# Avoid submitting multiple applications only the latest one will be accepted.
